Rare Opportunity to Step Inside Replica of Washington's Sleeping and Office Tent at George Washington's Mount Vernon
In 2013, the Museum of the American Revolution commissioned Colonial Williamsburg’s Department of Historic Trades to create an exact replica of one of the greatest treasures in its collection—George Washington’s sleeping and office tent. It will be on display May 2-3 at George Washington’s Mount Vernon.
The Museum of the American Revolution announced that two award-winning firms—Donna Lawrence Productions and Bluecadet—will produce the films, multi-media and interactives for the Museum of the American Revolution.
The Museum today announced the hiring of Claudia H. Stowers, CAP, CFRE, CLF, as Vice President for Advancement. In her role, she will be responsible for working with the Board and senior staff to complete the $150 million Campaign for the Museum of the American Revolution.

PHILADELPHIA – June 18, 2009 –The American Revolution Center named the Honorable Margaret (Peggy) Pace Duckett and H. Richard Dietrich III to its Board of Directors.
